When placing an order through our website, you are responsible for ensuring the address is correct, complete, and the delivery area is secure. Once USPS or UPS marks your order as delivered, we are no longer able to control what happens to your package.

If your package is undelivered through fault of our own, and we've deemed the order as lost, we will send a replacement order.
