This magnificent soap is over 6 oz in weight and was made for the 2020 Soap Challenge Club Advanced Category Landscape Design. The Eiffel Tower is an embed that runs through the body of the piece. The textural design of the tower is individually hand carved onto the surface of each piece.
This stunning soap also features a dupe of Jo Malone’s London Peony and Blush Suede Fragrance—one of the most romantic floral fragrances we have ever come across.
It is highly doubtful that we will ever recreate this soap with this level of detail and intricacies. The restrictions for the Soap Challenge Club for January 2020 stated that any focal point of the soap must be fully embedded into the soap and could not be added as an inlay, or created with soap dough and added afterward. That meant that the Eiffel Tower presented a unique challenge due to its arches and architecture. We met that challenge head on—all the while executing an almost perfect ombré sky. In short, this soap is a work of art, and while we may create more Paris themed items in the future, it will never be to this level (unless of course it’s for another international competition... lol, then we pull out all the stops!)
