This is the Bath Fizz and Foam Best Ever Emulsified Body Butter Base. It's ready for you to add fragrance at 1-2% and colorant of choice. I recommend creating a divot in the butter, pouring your FO into the divot, then adding your mica (or other colorant) into the FO. This will help it disperse correctly and prevent specks of color.
